Manager – Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager – Performance Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for growth marketing, and experience driving measurable ROI across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other emerging platforms.
  • Drive efficiency and growth through a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, Retention, and ROAS across different business verticals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on evolving ad products and trends, ensuring innovative and effective execution strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver data-driven performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Partner with creative teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns rooted in consumer and business insights.
  • Analyze user behavior and conduct root-cause analyses to identify performance issues or areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize marketing spend and measure impact across channels like YouTube and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop robust attribution frameworks to evaluate and enhance marketing channel effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and digital marketing funnels.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interest in digital consumer behavior and the evolving landscape of online marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A flair for content, copy, and creativity is a strong plus.
  • Curious, adaptable, and driven to continuously learn and innovate in a rapidly changing digital ecosystem.
