Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across search, display, social, affiliate, and marketplace platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven track record of driving measurable business growth in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic display, affiliate networks, and marketplaces.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-backed campaign optimizations.

  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI across all paid channels.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, partnerships, and technologies.

  • Liaise with external agencies and platform representatives for campaign execution and optimization.

  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Mentor junior team members and build scalable performance marketing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 6–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or digital-first industry.

  • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon/Marketplace Ads, and programmatic DSPs.

  • Strong command of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar).

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Exceptional understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and conversion funnels.

  • Experience managing large multi-channel budgets effectively.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and presentation skills.

  • A growth mindset, with the ability to experiment, learn, and scale successful campaigns quickly.
