Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Daily tasks include managing PPC and display advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, formulating strategies for new customer acquisition, conducting thorough market research, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing PPC, display advertising, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution of customer acquisition strategies
  • Market research and analytical expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge on and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in performance marketing within retail or enterprise sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
