Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing PPC campaigns, SEO and SEM strategies, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing marketing campaigns, and managing budgets. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to create engaging ads and content, as well as conducting market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with PPC campaigns, SEO, and SEM strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in consulting and certification industry is a plus
