We're looking for someone sharp, organized, and hungry to grow. This role is about more than calendars—you'll work directly with our C-level team on operations, recruitment, reporting, and making sure every department stays aligned.

What you'll do:
  • Assist C-level in daily priorities and execution.

  • Keep departments aligned and workflows smooth.

  • Help with recruitment and reporting.

  • Learn use no-code tools to automate tasks.

  • Organize and manage projects end-to-end.

Requirements What we need:
  • 2 years of experience (any field).

  • Strong with numbers and organization.

  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a startup.

  • Willing to learn and implement no-code tools (Airtable, Zapier, Notion, etc.).
