HR cum Admin

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to handle daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and support management in smooth functioning of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Organise employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and training needs.
Administration Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office hygiene, housekeeping supervision, and facility management.
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements & documentation.
- Maintain company files, documents, and ensure proper record keeping.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance basics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
