Position Title: Accountant cum HR & Admin Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–5 years (preferred in a CA firm or in a professional or consulting services) Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multifunctional tasks with accuracy and discretion. This position is critical in ensuring statutory compliance, financial discipline, and seamless people management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho or equivalent ERP system.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
- Manage payroll processing including PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
- Support in finalization of accounts, audit coordination, and MIS reporting.
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, prepare offer letters, and handle exit formalities.
- Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and performance records.
- Administer employee benefits, engagement activities, and grievance redressal.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR best practices.
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, vendor coordination, and AMC renewals.
- Act as a liaison for internal teams, clients, and service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality of firm and employee information at all times.
- Assist partners and senior team members in documentation and operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho), MS Excel, and HRMS tools.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliances – GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in a CA/Consulting firm or SME professional setup.
- Proactive and adaptable with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
