Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive-
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 5+ years' experience in accounts and office administration.
Accounts:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and banks as required.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle correspondence, documentation.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, or other accounting software.
- Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
