RREN Consultants and Contractors Private Limited is an engineering consultancy and contracting company based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities (Primary):
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a professional work environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and administrative documentation.
- Organize employee travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and company events or gatherings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries and provide administrative support to all departments.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for onboarding arrangements, office setup, and other employee support requirements.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, including housekeeping, stationery management, and service agreements.
- Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping for administrative and statutory documents.
Accounts Responsibilities (Secondary):
- Assist in maintaining financial data in Tally, including basic entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation of client bills, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department and external auditors for financial records, taxation documents, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
- Provide general support in financial documentation, GST/TDS data compilation, and payment follow-ups when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tally is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in office administration; basic knowledge of accounting and compliance preferred.
Role Summary:
This position focuses primarily on administrative management, with basic support to the Accounts function. The Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations, vendor coordination, and employee support while maintaining accurate administrative and financial documentation. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys managing diverse responsibilities, thrives in a structured yet collaborative environment, and contributes proactively to organizational efficiency.
