We are looking for a professional and well-groomed **Admin Executive (Hospitality)** with a background in **Hotel Management** to manage day-to-day front office and administrative operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and excellent organizational abilities. You will act as the face of the organization while ensuring smooth coordination of hospitality and office support services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee hospitality services such as meeting room arrangements, refreshments, and event coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams to maintain a clean and well-functioning office environment.
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of office and pantry supplies.
- Support HR and admin teams in organizing employee engagement activities and onboarding processes.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company hospitality standards and safety protocols.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualification**:
- Degree or Diploma in **Hotel Management** (Hospitality Administration or equivalent).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
