- Admin & Accounts Executive, Patna
The Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of company by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting management. They are responsible for office management, documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, finalize accounts and tax compliance Book keeping & accounting on daily basis.
Administration
Ensure proper maintenance of office property which includes building, office furniture and Equipment’s, computers etc. through regular monitoring and upkeep.
Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and teams.
Keeping records of Medicine stock including sales and purchase records, maintenance of inward-outwards register, inventory tracking, and office supply management.
Providing appropriate assistance during training/meeting/workshop for accommodation & logistics arrangement.
Handling of Petty cash and timely settlement of advances
Maintaining attendance of staffs.
Support HR functions, including on boarding, record-keeping, and employee documentation
Ensure timely payments of utility bills of office and its record keeping.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical items in the warehouse.
Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage conditions for pharmaceutical products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
Monitor temperature-sensitive products and ensure proper cold chain management.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe working practices.
Manage warehouse space efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
Ensure documentation and records are updated as per regulatory requirements.
Handle discrepancies, damages, and returns effectively.
Accounting
Recording entries of all cash and credit sales, purchase in tally and CBO software, as well as all expenses incurred by the company.
Ensure accurate data entry, accounting transactions, and proper classification of revenue and expenses.
Responsible for Accounts payable processing, revenue and cash reconciliations.
Accounts payable invoice, payment processing and review
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Handing of petty cash.
Coordination with bank.
Providing financial reports to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results
Ensuring GST (Goods and Services Tax) related tasks, including GST returns, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations, and regular compliance with GST laws.
Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) for employee salaries, vendor payments, and other applicable areas
Ensure disbursement of salaries, wages after statutory deductions & other with coordination of HR team.
Accounting & Other Software Management
Working knowledge of accounting & other software such as Tally, CBO.
Data entry in Ms excel
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Commerce, related fields
2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Pharma Sector in India.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
