Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distribution Channel Management:

  2. Develop and maintain robust distribution channels to ensure optimal product availability and coverage.

  3. Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  4. Target Preparation and Achievement:

  5. Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

  6. Monitor and report on target vs. achievement, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

  7. Sales Team Incentives:

  8. Design and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive performance.

  9. Monitor sales team achievements and process incentive payouts accordingly.

  10. Scheme Coordination:

  11. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales schemes.

  12. Ensure seamless execution and communication of schemes to the sales team and channel partners.

  13. Expense Management:

  14. Oversee the monthly processing of Travel and Daily Allowance (TA/DA) expenses.

  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.

  16. Trend Analysis:

  17. Conduct trend analysis of headquarters (HQ) sales and market performance.

  18. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  19. Inventory Movement Analysis:

  20. Analyze inventory movement to identify slow-moving and focus products.

  21. Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolescence.

  22. Monthly Indent Management:

  23. Prepare monthly indents based on target requirements.

  24. Ensure alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.

  25. Supply Chain Expertise:

  26. In-depth knowledge of supply chain systems and best practices.

  27. Experience in optimizing distribution channels and managing logistics.

  28. FMCG and General Trade Experience:

  29. Proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in retailing and general trade.

  30. Understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales strategies in the FMCG industry.

  31. Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

  32. Strong analytical skills to perform trend analysis and inventory management.

  33. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and distribution objectives.

  34. Leadership and Coordination:

  35. Excellent coordination skills to manage schemes and incentive programs.

  36. Leadership qualities to drive sales team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
