We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

This role requires ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from elicitation and documentation to validation and delivery support.

The position also involves contributing to pre-sales activities, including product ideation, feature definition, and roadmap planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify edge cases, define success metrics, and contribute to UAT processes.
• Manage change request management, version control of documentation, and scope alignment.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions to support project scoping and proposal creation.
• Conduct feature listing, roadmap definition, and mind map creation to visualize product flows and priorities.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and product planning initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst working within an SDLC framework.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SDLC processes effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
• User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria.
• BRD & PRD Documentation.
• Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis.
• Jira, Confluence, Trello (or similar tools).
• Stakeholder Management.
• Wireframing & Diagramming Tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking.
• UAT Support & QA Collaboration.
• Time Management & Prioritization.
• Pre-sales Analysis, Feature Listing, Product Roadmapping, and Mind Map Creation.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with any industry-specific domain such as Healthcare, Fintech, or AI-based applications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, including product demos and feedback sessions.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or technical architecture (a plus, not mandatory).
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Agile BA.
