Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive growth.
- Oversee sales operations, reporting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective sales campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
