We are hiring Retail Studio Sales for an European Modular Kitchen and Wardrobes Interiors Designing Firm.

**Job Description**:
A Retail Studio Sales professional is responsible for driving sales in a retail studio environment, engaging with

customers, and providing expert guidance on products and design solutions. This role is common in home decor, furniture, interior design studios, and luxury retail spaces.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Welcome and assist customers in the retail studio, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on products, materials, finishes, and design solutions.
- Convert walk-in customers into sales opportunities through effective communication and product

knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Product Knowledge & Consultation:

- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, trends, and design concepts.
- Explain product features, benefits, and customization options to clients.
- Offer design recommendations that align with customer requirements and space functionality.

3. Studio Operations & Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail studio display.
- Ensure all product samples, catalogs, and digital tools are available for customer use.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotions and special offers.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
- Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM software for future engagement.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with designers, project managers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing

and delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to track product availability and lead times.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive analysis.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Monitor sales performance and generate reports on studio foot traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Suggest strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in retail sales, interior design, or luxury product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of interior design trends, furniture, and home décor products.
- Ability to use CRM software and POS systems for sales tracking.
- Passion for design, creativity, and space planning

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
