**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate product information and guidance.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail periods.
