**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and raise quotations for clients in coordination with the sales/technical team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Directors and CEO.
- Attend meetings with senior leadership; take minutes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track, follow up, and update on lead progress and sales pipeline.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
- Handle visitor management, client coordination, and front-desk responsibilities if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Presentable, confident, and well-organized.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Prior experience in admin/sales coordination/client handling is preferred.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- 6 Days Working (Mon-Sat)
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
