Role Description
This is a full-time 6-month Contract on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Executive located in Bengaluru, Vijayanagar. The Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves frequent communication with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- a. Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases / inbound inquiries.
b. Explain products/services clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing objections.
c. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
d. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and call status.
e. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Desired Skills
- a. Strong Communication in English
- b. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- c. Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into warm leads.
- d. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Qualification
- a. Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory).
- b. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Tele calling / Inside Sales / Customer Service are welcome.
