Role Overview

We are looking to engage a Senior HR Manager as a Consultant to guide and support our recruitment and talent strategy. This is not a traditional HR operations role, but a senior advisory and hands-on position to help us identify, attract, and onboard the right people for our future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand long-term business strategy and translate it into a talent roadmap.
  • Lead the recruitment process for senior and strategic roles (including sourcing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Provide insights on organizational design and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices, employer branding, and leadership hiring.
  • Mentor and support internal HR capability building.

Candidate Profile

  • Age: 45 years and above
  • Experience: 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant expertise in strategic hiring and leadership recruitment.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience is an advantage.

Engagement

  • Consulting basis (flexible structure can be discussed).
  • Expected duration: medium to long term, depending on outcomes.
