Role Overview:

We are looking for HR Freelancer Interns who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation activities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
  • Support HR and business development teams in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR (internship or project experience also acceptable).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field (preferred).
