Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) located in New Delhi. The Senior BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role will also involve conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Senior BDE will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Market Research skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction focus
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and Sales Analytics
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Relevant experience in IT solutions or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
