Location: Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Sales Executive who has prior experience in a US-based process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in sales.

You'll be responsible for communicating with US customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best possible solutions while maintaining professionalism and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for the US process.
  • Engage with customers to promote products/services and close sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in a US-based voice process or sales process.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Should be open to working from the office location in Sadar, Nagpur.

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream).
