The Role: As a Human Resource - Trainee, you will be responsible for:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records in physical and digital formats.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HRMS data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for various HR activities.
  • Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferrable).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 - 8 months (Performance-based on roll might be offered)
