We are an Indian Origin global company and the largest Fruits & Vegetables exporter from the country.
INI Farms aspires to achieve leadership at a global scale, meeting world class food safety and quality standards. The Role: As a Human Resource - Trainee, you will be responsible for:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Maintain employee records in physical and digital formats.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HRMS data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for various HR activities.
- Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferrable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
