We are seeking a 
Customer Support Representative
 to join our expanding Shopify e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Shopify order management, strong communication and problem-solving skills
, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently using Excel and courier platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track Shopify orders from placement to delivery.
  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with courier companies such as
    TCS, Daraz, Leopards, M&P
    , etc., for order dispatch and delivery updates.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets for order tracking, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Resolve shipping, refund, or order-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a similar role (preferably with a Shopify-based e-commerce store).
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Strong command of
    Microsoft Excel
    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
  • Familiarity with courier company dashboards (TCS, Daraz, Leopards, etc.).
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
