Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer and Auditor located in Model Town. The Process Trainer and Auditor will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing training material, and supporting team members to enhance their skills. The individual will conduct audits to ensure compliance with established standards and provide feedback to improve processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance, analyzing reports, and supporting the team with quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Training skills, including curriculum design, facilitation, and team coaching
  • Audit and quality assurance expertise, including performance monitoring and compliance evaluation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in creating reports and using data to improve processes
  • Experience in customer service, process management, or similar fields is an advantage
  • Knowledge of business process outsourcing services, such as call answering, live chat, or data management is a plus
