We're Hiring:
Inside Sales Specialist for the US Market

Logikality is a
fast-growing AI solutions provider for the mortgage and title industry
, and we're looking for sharp, driven professionals who can open doors with top executives across companies. If you thrive on conversations, have a natural flair for relationship-building, and are confident in speaking with senior leaders, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Engage and build relationships with
    C-level executives
    in the US market.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls/meetings for our leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align on target accounts and strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent
    verbal communication skills
    with a clear, confident US-friendly accent.
  • Prior experience in
    lead generation / inside sales
    for US B2B clients.
  • Strong ability to engage decision-makers and handle conversations at an executive level.
  • Driven, persistent, and comfortable with
    target-driven performance
    .
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Location & Work Setup

  • Based in
    Bangalore, India,
    with working hours aligned to the
    US time zones
