Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities):

  • 1 to 2 years' experience as front office executive with exposure in IT & ITE's services companies.
  • Good communication skills both in verbal, written and Computer skills MS word and Excel.
  • Office Administration including housekeeping and security staff and handling official phone calls.
  • Handling all the visitors, vendors, and VMS system.
  • Maintaining the attendance of housekeeping and security staff and VMS (Visitor management system).
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing couriers, mailroom management, preparing daily reports and maintaining stock registers.
  • Maintaining the Files, Folders, stationery and office utilities.
  • Lockers & key management.
  • Received and distributed mails and messages to appropriable departments.
  • Managing conference rooms bookings, Pest Control, Event Management.
