About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated
Tele Sales Executives / Sr. Executives
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for
selling E-commerce Account Management Services
to sellers and businesses who want to grow their presence and boost their sales on leading online marketplaces like
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Alibaba
, and more.
This is not just a calling job - it's a
solution-driven sales role
where you'll help brands and sellers understand how our expert team can
manage, scale, and optimize their e-commerce accounts
for maximum growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our
E-commerce Account Management Services
. - Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, database calling, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant service solutions.
- Schedule demos or meetings for further discussion with the business team.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in
Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain service-based solutions clearly.
- Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.
