
Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Tele caller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls to prospective customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales over the phone. This role is crucial to achieving our sales goals and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide detailed information about products, respond to customer queries, and address objections to encourage sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Accurately record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident speaking style.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven role.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound sales or telesales in a BPO Industry.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Basic knowledge of sales or telemarketing processes.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with rotating shifts as needed.
- Office-based role with a focus on phone-based interactions.
Compensation:
Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
