Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to support the business owners in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the owners' daily schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Handle day-to-day office administration, including procurement and management of office supplies
- Make payments and manage petty cash and office expenses as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders
- Support the owners with various personal and professional administrative tasks
- Maintain records, data entry, and documentation as required
- Use MS Office for reports, communication, and general documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (B.Com or equivalent)
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
