Job Title: Developer Intern

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Job Type: Internship

Contract Length: 6 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Developer Interns who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate based in Bangalore who can work from office and is eager to enhance their technical expertise through real-world project experience.

Responsibilities:

  • API Development: Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
  • Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases with a focus on data integrity and scalability.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance backend performance through caching (Redis), load balancing, and scalability improvements.
  • Security Implementation: Apply authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and implement data encryption for secure systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, follow best coding practices, and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.
  • Technical Involvement: Contribute to architectural discussions and help in defining backend development best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of and frameworks.
  • Database Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB with knowledge of schema design and query optimization.
  • API Expertise: Solid grasp of RESTful API design; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
  • Version Control: Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Communication: Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Location: Based in Bangalore.
  • Availability: Must be able to work from office (no remote option).
  • Eligibility: Passed-out candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
