Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at our Noida office. The Account Executive will manage client relations, handle account operations, and oversee order processing to ensure timely delivery. The role involves coordinating between production, design, and quality assurance teams while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving client queries. Responsibilities also entail market analysis, developing client proposals, and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Operations, and Market Analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Communication, Proposal Development, and Negotiation.
  • Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Problem-Solving Abilities.
  • Familiarity with Textile Industry Dynamics and Global Market Trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
