We are actively seeking a Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, excel in administrative tasks, and be proficient in tools like Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction and Calling:

Engage with clients through phone calls to understand their needs and provide support.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication: Communicate with clients via phone and email, and provide assistance.

Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

2. Administrative Support:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.

Utilize Google Workspace and Excel for data organization and documentation.

Assist in organizing and maintaining client-related information.

3. Communication Skills:

Draft, edit, and proofread client communications with a keen attention to detail.

Handle client calls professionally, maintaining a high level of service.

4. Canva Skills(Preferred):

Utilize Canva or similar tools to enhance presentations and create visually engaging materials.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in client servicing or related roles

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.

Experience in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

Ability to handle phone calls and client interactions with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative roles.

Experience in outbound calling and relationship building especially in an international process

Familiarity with customer service principles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
