Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
U.S. Sales Manager
with a strong background in
IT solution sales, SaaS product sales, and ERP systems
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology sales landscape in the U.S., a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to lead and scale a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
sales strategies to drive adoption of our SaaS-based ERP and IT solutions across the U.S. market. - Lead and manage
a team of regional sales executives, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. - Identify and close
new business opportunities
in mid-market and enterprise sectors. - Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, with a focus on long-term value and account expansion. - Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align customer needs with solutions.
- Drive
end-to-end sales cycles
, including prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reports using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in ERP and SaaS.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years
of successful B2B sales experience in
IT, SaaS, or ERP solutions
, with
2+ years in a leadership role
. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Experience selling to
C-level executives
, IT decision-makers, and business stakeholders. - Deep understanding of
cloud-based software
, digital transformation, and enterprise software buying cycles. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
