Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic ERP Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team onsite at our Coimbatore office. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates specializing in Marketing who are eager to kick-start their careers in a real-world, professional environment.

The trainee will work closely with the marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as digital marketing, market research, branding, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist in managing digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.

Contribute to content development for marketing collaterals, website, and social media.

Help organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of core marketing principles and digital tools.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
