Job Title: Process Associate/Senior Process Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP for invoice processing and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of invoice verification, processing, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts in compliance with company accounting policies.
  • Apply a sound understanding of core Accounts Payable processes, including three-way matching, PO/Non-PO processing, and GRN validation.
  • Address and resolve vendor queries and requests received via email or ticketing system within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and validate the essential components of each invoice, including supplier details, PO reference, bank account information, invoice number, date, VAT number, and currency.
  • Conduct daily internal audits to ensure that invoices and queries are processed, balanced, and compliant with established guidelines and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support smooth financial operations and continuous process improvement.

  2. Good understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable workflows.

  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
