Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process Associate, based in Coimbatore with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as data processing, supporting BPO operations, assisting with financial and administrative workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining service quality and adhering to predefined processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to process, analyze, and interpret complex data
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to address and resolve client needs effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in Financial workflows and processes
  • Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and related tasks
  • Attention to detail, organizational proficiency, and a commitment to quality output
  • Familiarity with business tools and software specific to data processing is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred
