About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate and Admin (Trainee) to support our editorial and administrative operations. You'll help streamline journal publication workflows, handle documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

We're looking for self-driven learners, not clock-watchers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in journal publication processes — formatting, proofreading, and document handling.
  • Manage correspondence with authors, reviewers, and editorial members.
  • Maintain and update editorial databases and records.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and internal coordination.
  • Track timelines and ensure deadlines are met for assigned processes.
  • Support internal communication and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

  • Education: Any UG Degree (Arts, Commerce, or Science preferred).
  • Strong English grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organization and coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Prior internship or experience in editorial or admin work is an advantage.
