Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Associate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including engaging with potential customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring the alignment of services with customer goals to enhance long-term partnerships.

  • Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales or a related role is advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
