Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic
sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying
prospects, and closing deals for our innovative software product. You will be a key player in
our growth story, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value our solution
brings
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of our software product, its
features, and its application across various industries.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads, making up to 100 cold
calls per day and must have a good level of language proficiency in English.
- Research target accounts to identify and map the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and
key decision-makers.
- Create and manage a targeted prospect list for outreach campaigns.
- Deliver creative, engaging, and persuasive virtual product demonstrations tailored to
the specific needs of potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to consistent follow-up, negotiation,
and closing deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
system.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to work in a night shift schedule to align with international
markets (e.g., NATAM timings).
- A strong understanding of established sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or
MEDDIC.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a resilient attitude.
