Role Summary:
We're hiring an experienced Telecaller (Inside Sales Executive)
to engage with prospective students, share course details, and assist them with admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and counsel students on IT & degree programs.
- Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate student communication records.
- Achieve admission targets through effective follow-up and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
1 year experience
in telecalling / inside sales (preferably in education or training sector). - Basic UG degree
(any stream). - Knowledge of IT courses
like Full Stack, Data Science, Digital Marketing, etc., preferred. - Excellent communication in
Tamil & English
. - Customer-focused, persuasive, and self-driven personality.
