Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves handling outbound calls, following up on loan-related matters, and ensuring effective communication with customers to support the companys financial services operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote and explain loan products and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue payments, especially overdraft (OD) accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call records and update customer information in the system.
  • Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues related to loans promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and collections team to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of loan products, overdrafts, and financial services.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or calling software.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Telecaller or in banking/finance customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or loan recovery departments will be an advantage.
