Role: Business Development Associate

Compensation: INR 25k per month + performance-linked bonuses

About the company: Convert Grow is a growth & marketing agency focussed on driving meaningful and tangible results for businesses online. Our mission is to help our clients convert more customers online and grow in a profitable manner. Our primary clients are in the e-commerce, DTC, SaaS, Edtech, Real Estate and Fintech niches. At the moment we have 7 clients and are looking to expand our roster of clients to a total of 25 by next month. For this purpose we are looking for a business development associate who will work in tandem with the founder to close clients. The associate will be provided with appropriate training, grooming and programming to help achieve their goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Do 100 cold email outreaches every day.
  • Do 50 cold calls a day
  • Do 50 linkedin outreaches a day
  • Prepare 2-3 pitch decks a day.

Qualifications:

  • We are ideally looking for someone who is in graduation college right now
  • Strong command over both Hindi and English
  • Acute business acumen
