Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our well-established Real Estate Developer in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, showcasing residential and commercial projects, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Attend walk-in customers at the real estate developer or site office, explain project details, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming projects, including pricing, payment plans, amenities, and regulatory approvals.
  • Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads from various marketing campaigns and ensure timely, professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Documentation, Legal, Finance) to ensure a seamless booking and post-sales experience.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory changes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Real Estate Developer commercial sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and compliance.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
