Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Accounts Executive – Accounts and Finance to support and oversee day-to-day accounting functions and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, especially in the real estate sector, and be proficient with Tally and other accounting tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • Proficiency in Tally is mandatory
  • MBA (Finance) is an added advantage

Core Responsibilities:

GST Compliance:

  • GSTR-1 filing
  • GSTR-2A & 2B reconciliation for GSTR-3B filing
  • GSTR-3B filing
  • GST refund applications
  • GSTR-9 & 9C (GST audit)

TDS/TCS Compliance:

  • 26Q, 24Q, and 27EQ (TCS) return filing

Accounting Operations:

  • Daily accounting and bookkeeping
  • Preparation and finalization of books of accounts
  • Ledger scrutiny and finalization
  • Income Tax return filing (ITR 1–5), Form 26AS reconciliation
  • Handling of Tax audits and documentation
  • Cash flow management and preparation of financial statements
  • Monthly and yearly finalization of Balance Sheet and P&L statements with schedules

Loan & Banking:

  • Documentation for loan applications and working capital requirements
  • Preparation of monthly stock statements and maintaining Drawing Power (DP) limits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Optimum utilization of fund and non-fund based facilities (CC, LC, ABG, PBG, FBG, TL, etc.)

Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

  • Calculation and timely payment of taxes: TDS, GST, VAT, Service Tax, Excise, Advance Tax
  • Filing and payment of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF returns
  • Generating Form 16 & 16A for employees

Audit & Legal Support:

  • Handle internal and external audits
  • Prepare and verify audit documents – vouchers, entries, tax payments, legal docs
  • Respond to tax and compliance-related notices: Income Tax, Sales Tax, PF, ESIC, PT

General Finance Operations:

  • Monitor AP & AR; manage aged debtors
  • Review ledger data for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop internal accounting policies in compliance with statutory standards
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Total Experience: 6 years (preferred)
  • Accounting Software: Tally – 6 years (preferred)
  • Industry: Real Estate experience is a plus

Note: Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will be given preference.
