About Hrudaya Foundation:
Hrudaya is a purpose-driven initiative that has been providing life-saving cardiac care to underprivileged children with congenital heart disease (CHD) for over 20 years. To date, it has supported over 7,250 pediatric heart surgeries, ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of world-class treatment and a second chance at life.
Led by Dr. Gopichand Mannam, a renowned cardiac surgeon, and Mr. Jairaj Kumar, a former marine engineer and dedicated social advocate, Hrudaya is now working to establish a Centre of Excellence for Pediatric Cardiac Care in Hyderabad. This center will set a national standard for quality and accessibility in pediatric cardiac care.
Hrudayas vision for the next 5 years includes building a nationwide network for pediatric cardiac care, partnering with hospitals, training doctors, and reaching underserved regions like the Northeast, Kashmir, Odisha, and tribal areas. Every effort will focus on speed, transparency, and maximizing impact.

Position Overview:
The Marketing & Awareness Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the foundation's mission by designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, increasing awareness of the foundation's work, and engaging new supporters. This position will focus on building and maintaining a strong, positive public image for Hrudaya Foundation, driving campaigns to amplify our message, and connecting with key stakeholders through creative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness of Hrudaya Foundation's initiatives, programs, and success stories.
- Coordinate all marketing efforts across digital, print, and media platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with organizational goals.
Brand Management & Public Relations:
Manage the Hrudaya Foundation brand and ensure its consistency across all touchpoints.
- Strengthen relationships with media outlets to generate positive press coverage and storytelling opportunities.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and blog posts that reflect the foundation's mission, vision, and impact.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline campaigns designed to increase visibility, attract donors, and grow the supporter base.
Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Content Creation & Social Media:
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, and newsletters.
Manage the Foundation's social media presence, ensuring regular engagement with followers and expanding reach across platforms.
Event Promotion & Partnerships:
Coordinate the promotion of fundraising events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
Develop marketing materials for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with corporations, influencers, and other non-profit organizations.
Donor & Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop strategies for building donor relationships through targeted messaging and communication.
Support the Fundraising & Partnerships Lead in creating donor engagement campaigns and recognition programs.
Research & Market Insights:
Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential audiences, and innovative marketing techniques.
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, preferably within the non-profit or healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in campaign management, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of brand management, public relations, and market research.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Age Range:
- 25 – 35 years.

- Strong creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
