Vaishno Ventures is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute marketing activities across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will coordinate with digital marketing agencies, manage monthly marketing calendars, handle real estate portal listings, and support lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.(Real estate experience is a must).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Coordination & Planning

Develop and manage a monthly marketing calendar including campaign schedules, social media activities, events, and property launches.

Coordinate with internal teams and external digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives, campaigns, and marketing materials.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to meet KPIs.

  1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Collaborate with digital agencies to plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Track and analyze lead generation performance, ensuring quality lead inflow for sales teams.

Optimize landing pages, creatives, and ad copies for better conversion rates.

  1. Real Estate Portal Management

Handle listings and updates on property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, , and other relevant platforms.

Maintain accurate property details, images, videos, and price updates.

Coordinate with portal representatives for visibility and promotional listings.

  1. Content & Branding Support

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints.

Support the creation of brochures, presentations, videos, and digital campaigns for new project launches.

Assist in organizing events, property expos, and customer engagement activities.

  1. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI analysis.

Share actionable insights with management and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing coordination.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM tools, and real estate portals.

Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and lead management software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
