About the Company:

We are a fast-growing wellness-focused food start-up expanding across Hyderabad. We are looking for energetic FMCG/Retail professionals who can drive channel partnerships, in-store visibility, and community-based brand activations. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly influences brand growth and visibility.

Role Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will lead sales execution, promotions, and activation activities across retail and community channels, ensuring strong product visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Channel Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with supermarkets, organic stores, cafés, and apartment communities.
  • Execute sampling drives, on-ground activations, and weekend promotions.
  • Ensure product visibility and POS branding.
  • Track weekly/monthly sales.
  • Maintain relationships with store managers and distributors.

2. Market Development & Promotions

  • Plan and execute 4–8 community/wellness activations monthly.
  • Expand presence into gyms, yoga studios, cafés, etc.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists and wellness coaches.
  • Support branding and digital promotions.

3. Partner & Promoter Management

  • Ensure stock levels and display hygiene.
  • Train promoters to communicate product benefits.
  • Collect and report market/customer insights.

4. Market Insights & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and ROI reports.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking.
  • Gather consumer feedback to refine strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 2–4 years in FMCG / Retail Marketing / Field Promotions.
  • Strong communication: English, Hindi, Telugu.
  • Confident in relationship-building & on-ground activations.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets.
  • Passionate about wellness and brand growth.

KPI's:

  • Monthly sales & visibility targets.
  • Minimum 4 activations/month.
  • Positive channel & distributor feedback.
  • Timely reporting and new outlet onboarding.

Work & Growth:

  • Full-time | 6-day week | Weekend events required.
  • Field-based Hyderabad role.

Compensation:

  • Fixed: ₹40,000/month
  • Variable: Monthly performance incentives
