We're looking for a Senior Architect ( Marketing Coordination)to join our growing team — someone who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and communication. This role is ideal for an architect who understands not only the language of design, but also the value of presentation, branding, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the bridge between design teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination for marketing and branding collaterals.

* Work closely with real estate developer clients to align architectural design with their marketing and branding vision.

* Manage and maintain a detailed repository of ongoing project record, including progress updates, visuals, and documentation.

* Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials such as project presentations, brochures, renderings, and other collaterals.

* Liaise with external vendors(photographers, visualizers, printers, and digital partners) to ensure timely and quality output.

* Support the leadership team in preparing marketing decks, competition entries, award submissions, and portfolio updates.

* Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and design representation across all communication materials.

* Track and update project progress, milestones, and communication logs for internal and client-facing use.

* Stay informed about industry trends, innovative marketing practices, and presentation techniques relevant to architecture and real estate.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (mandatory).

* Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture, with demonstrated exposure to client coordination, marketing, or branding.

* Strong understanding of architectural processes, documentation, and project workflows.

* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in design and presentation software — AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.

* A keen eye for design aesthetics, storytelling, and detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
