About Us, We are a fast-growing IT EdTech company dedicated to transforming careers through training, upskilling, and placement in cutting-edge technologies. As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds (telephonic/video screening).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
  • Requirements - Bachelor's degree (preferred: HR, Management, IT, or related field).
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
